How do I send you my menu products and photos?

Each product has a special field for uploading documents and photos.

When will I receive my menu?

All menus (digital and printable) are prepared within 48 hours of order completion.

What does the "Digital Menu" product include?

It includes hosting of the digital menu (QR) on our servers, full customization with your content, and free hosting for 30 days.

What happens after the 30 days of free hosting?

Your subscription is automatically renewed via the Stripe link you used to sign up. You can cancel at any time.

What are “Printable Menus”?

These are print-ready files (high-resolution PDF) that you can print at your local store or any print shop.

Can I request a refund for the digital product?

Yes, partially and under conditions. Because our products are digital and personalized (custom design based on the information you provide us), there is no possibility of a full refund after delivery or the start of the design process.

According to European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU):

  • Digital products delivered electronically are excluded from the right of withdrawal when the customer gives explicit consent for immediate performance of the service.
  • Personalized products/services cannot be returned.

By completing your order, you agree that:

  • The product is digital and personalized
  • You want immediate execution
  • You lose your right of withdrawal

However, we do offer a 60% refund for digital menus specifically, if asked within 7 days of delivery.

Can I change or update my menu after delivery?

Yes! We offer a monthly update service (e.g., price changes, new categories, or dishes). You can subscribe to the Dynamic Menus Plan.

Can I have both a printable and digital version?

Of course! Many customers choose combination packages so that they have both a printed and a QR version of their menu.

How is payment made?

All payments are made securely through Shopify. Choose from our available payment methods (PayPal, GPay, Debit/Credit Card, etc.).

If I want changes to the design or colors, is that possible?

Yes, minor adjustments (such as changing colors or logos) are included in the initial setup. For a fully customized design, there is the Custom Plan.

Do I need technical knowledge to use my digital menu?

Not at all. We take care of the entire process—from setup to hosting. All you need to do is send us your content.
